Penny looks up the customer and writes a Booking to your ServiceTitan tenant.
When it happens
The Booking is created during the caller’s conversation with Penny.

ServiceTitan calls this intake object a Booking. It is not a dispatched job or confirmation of a technician’s availability. Your office reviews it and arranges the visit.

Set up the connection

  1. 1

    Bring in your ServiceTitan administrator

Confirm that the tenant has the API and app access needed for the connection. The administrator should complete ServiceTitan’s application authorization requirements.

  2. 2

    Connect the correct tenant

Open ServiceTitan in Penny’s Integrations settings. Supply the tenant details requested by the connection flow and complete authorization using the account’s approved process.

  3. 3

    Create a marked test inquiry

Call Penny with a test name and a service request. In ServiceTitan, find the resulting Booking and check its customer association and summary.

  4. 4

    Give Bookings an owner

Choose the office team responsible for this intake queue. They review the request and confirm scheduling before a caller is told that a technician is coming.
