Set up the connection
- 1
Confirm account access
Have the Housecall Pro account administrator check that the account supports the required integration access. Then choose Housecall Pro in Penny.
- 2
Connect your Housecall Pro account
Complete the authorization flow and return to Penny. Confirm that the connection belongs to the business whose calls Penny will answer.
- 3
Capture a sample service request
Make a test call with a name, service address, and a short description of the problem. Ask for a preferred time so you can hear how Penny distinguishes a request from a confirmed booking.
- 4
Review the unscheduled job
Check the customer match, description, and address in Housecall Pro. Assign someone in the office to review these requests and contact the caller to schedule.
