Request a Follow Up Boss handoff for the sign calls your agents take.

An inquiry about the address on a sign should reach the agent with the caller’s question attached. Tell us how your Follow Up Boss team matches contacts and routes those notes so we can review the connector request.

When it happens
No connector is active from this page. Delivery and assignment must be specified and tested as part of the request.

This request does not create showing access, confirm a seller’s permission, or establish an agency relationship. An agent handles those decisions and confirms the next step with the caller.

Prepare a useful connector request

  1. 1

    Describe the lead handoff

Use Request connector to explain whether you need buyer inquiries, seller inquiries, or both, and how the team routes them today.

  2. 2

Show a fictional contact and note

Include required fields, your preferred contact match, and a made-up property inquiry. Explain how an existing contact’s new inquiry should be attached.

  3. 3

    Review the account’s connection options

Have the administrator confirm access and assignment requirements. Agree on what happens when no reliable contact match is available.

  4. 4

    Test the agent’s next step

If the connector is agreed, inspect a sample in Follow Up Boss with the agent who will receive it. Confirm that requested times are described as preferences until confirmed.

Required fields used to prepare intake for a connection

What your request should establish

Verify the agreed matching and routing with a new-contact example and an existing-contact example. Make sure the note preserves the caller’s request without turning it into a confirmed showing.

Questions about this connection

Does the request enable listing-based lead assignment?

No connection is active from this page. Describe the assignment rules your team wants, then agree on access, matching, and a test before using any connector.

Can Penny take the inquiry while we review this connector?

Penny can capture your configured intake and send it to your office through the call log and email. That gives the team a callback record while the requested connection is reviewed.
